Snapshots of a Wrecked Scion XB

This evening I was on my way to take my daughter to Chuck-E-Cheese when all of a sudden, I got rearended by a Jeep. It was rainy out and the roads were slick and unfortunately, I could see him panicking in my rearview just before he smashed in the back of my Scion XB. Needless to say, he wasn't a jerk about and although my back is kind of sore (I've been in MUCH worse wrecks than this one), I still got to take my little one to Chuck-E-Cheese to have some fun. Still, I'm not looking forward to all the headaches that come after this crap, though. Here are some snapshots of the wrecked Scion XB:

  2. Thanks Raf, me too! I couldn't believe it, she didn't make a peep and believe me, it was a loud crash. She was sitting in the back seat of course and when I turned to check on her, she just sat there not knowing that anything had really happened. Anyway, hope you and yours are well!

  3. Hey, this is Steve from the Mark II track at Cedar Campus.

I'm glad the accident wasn't too bad, and you guys are all right.

I've always liked the looks of the xB and thought about buying one eventually. What are some things you like/dislike about the car? Also, did you receive insurance to fix up the body?

  4. Steve, hey man it's sooooo great to hear from you! How are you dude? Thanks for the kind words; I"m glad we're okay too. About the Xb, I like it. However, my wife drives it primarily. The only thing I don't like about it is that because I'm a little vertically challenged, when I'm driving it on long trips, my legs can get really sore. Other than that, I like it a lot. I do like the newer 09 model better than ours, though.

Anyway, how has the rest of your summer been going? Any big plans? Keep in touch, Steve. Let me know if I can do anything for ya.
