Lexham Bible Dictionary

After much wait, anticipation, and contribution, the Lexham Bible Dictionary is finally live! It comes as part of the Faithlife Study Bible.  It is available in website as well as app form. I've only seen it in app form at this point and am having some trouble understanding how to navigate the sites listed below.  I'm sure I'll figure it out soon enough.  Anyway, some of you know that I contributed/edited over 2,000 entries in this volume, so, I'm particularly excited to see it in action finally. You can see it HERE or HERE, or get the app Android (HERE), iPhone (HERE), and Kindle Fire (HERE).  The dictionary is working great within the software platform of Logos and as I said above, also in the app!  Good stuff!!!

Here's a screenshot from within Logos:

SBL App For Android

Okay, so for a minute there, I thought that us Android users were going to be left behind when it came to the SBL/AAR app, however, I'm glad that we haven't been.  SBL has just released the annual meeting app for android users, which you can get by simply scanning the barcode to the left.  You can also see more about the app HERE.  I must say, it is pretty sweet.  You can set your schedule, review the program, contact others, follow live tweets, etc.  Pretty rad!  Get it!

Getting Greek: Vocab App

On the heels of my 3 previous Koine apps (Alphabet, Paradigms/Charts, Word Roots), I'm pleased to announce the release of my 4th app: Getting Greek: Vocab. This nifty and robust little app contains an estimated 1,500 Koine words. It can function as a flashcard system or a lexicon. It has both Greek and English indices. And best of all, it is only .99 cents!!! The Getting Greek: Vocab App is user-friendly, user-intuitive and useful for clergy, laypersons, teachers, professors, students, seminarians and ancient language-lovers alike. You can watch a preview video, check out several screenshots and get the app in the Android Market. So, go get it and while you're at it, tell your friends.
