Last night on The Apprentice, this was entirely the case. The Brit, Piers Morgan, and the movie mob boss, Vincent Pastore, went head-to-head. It was sheer cutthroat. In the mix of it all was acclaimed evangelist Stephen Baldwin. Actually, in one scene Baldwin was shown asking Morgan if he'd accept Christ. Morgan replied by saying that he was a Roman Catholic who was educated by a group of nuns. Sadly, Baldwin (who did act quite pious at times but rather impious at other times!) and Morgan went after one another. Even more sadly, next week's episode shows these avowed Christians totally against one another. As far as we know, these are the only two Christians on the show and they can't even unite. Anyways, this is quite unfortunate!
It still raises questions for me, though, about what is gameplay and what is not. Clearly, in a game, you want to beat your competitors. Sometimes that involves trickery (no matter what game it is!!!) and strategy. This, I do not think is wrong. However, I must say, I do have scruples about these two Christians fighting the ways that they are; it is quite a shame.
